Her scale within the composition is intentional. The world around her feels enormous, yet she does not disappear within it. She stands in it. With her head gently lowered and her body turned forward, there is a beautiful tension between vulnerability and determination. Her dress is assembled in irregular pieces of turquoise, sage, ivory, cream, and blue, punctuated by small crimson details. Like childhood itself, the pattern feels unfinished and evolving.
